Shipping
What are your shipping times?
Our standard shipping times are:
- North America: 3–5 business days
- Global: 5–14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–22 business days
Please allow 5–9 business days for production and processing before shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to Asia, Europe, North America, Australia, and New Zealand.
How much does shipping cost?
Flat-rate shipping fees:
- Asia & Europe: $18
-Singapore: $15
- US, Canada & Mexico: $15
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can also use our Track Order page to follow your delivery in real-time.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns only for damaged items. Please contact us at themortarmarket@gmail.com with a photo/video within 7 days of receiving your order.
What qualifies as a returnable item?
Only items that are damaged upon arrival (e.g., cracked, broken) are eligible for return. Packaging damage must be reported before opening.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds for used products or change of mind. However, if your item is damaged, we’ll happily replace it.
How long does a replacement take?
Once your damage claim is approved, we’ll ship your replacement within our standard production and delivery timeframes.
